Mediterranean Display
An elegant presentation of assorted items such as: Marinated Sundries Tomatoes tossed with Fresh Basil Leaves, Herb Marinated Mushrooms, Artichoke Hearts, Goat Cheese with Trio of Citrus Zest, Buffalo Mozzarella, Hand Rolled Bread Sticks Wrapped with Proscuitto, Sliced Salami and Provolone Cornets, Calamata and Picholeen Olives and Crusty Baguettes.

Salad
Assorted baby and wild field greens tossed to order by our staff for your guests with their choice of Champagne, Honey Cumin and Balsamic Vinaigrettes. Also served in baskets and platters are Herbed Croutons, Citrus Scented Goat Cheese, Assorted Olives, Fresh Marinated Green Beans, and Hand Rolled Bread Sticks. Pepper mill also available.

Pasta Station
Our chef will cook the following pastas and condiments to order for your guests. Tri-Color Cheese Tortellini and Farfel served with the following sauces: Sweet Basil and Whole Tomato Sauce, Alfredo, and a Pesto Alfredo. Condiments such as sliced sausage, marinated peppers, artichoke hearts, wild mushrooms and peas, roasted eggplant caponata and buffalo mozzarella. Pepper mill and Grated Parmesan.

Mixed Grill
Grilled Beef Tenderloin and Honey-Lime Herbed Marinated Chicken served on a bed of fresh herbs and condiments to include: Black Pepper and Horseradish Cream, Pineapple-Jalapeno Chutney, Cilantro Aioli, Smokey Eggplant Marmalade and Vine Ripe Red and Yellow Tomato Salsa. Assorted Crusty Baguettes and Sourdough's. Olive and Whipped Butters. Grilled Seasonal Vegetables and Oven Roasted New Potatoes.

Asian Station
Choose from a selection of beef, chicken, pork and shrimp. Add your favorite selections of vegetables and Asian condiments stir fried to order by our staff.
Peapods, water chestnuts, onion, peppers, fresh garlic, peanuts, broccoli and bean sprouts, Jasmine rice.
